You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bamboo Card and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

Severability

If any of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, such provision will be struck out, and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

You agree that these terms of service or any claim, dispute or controversy between you and bamboo Card arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, their interpretation or breach, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Although, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for a breach of These Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
